We want you to be satisfied with your course purchase. This policy outlines our refund procedures for different course types.

Self-Paced Courses

30-Day Money-Back Period: For self-paced courses with lifetime access, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of course content.

After 30 Days: Refunds are not typically available after 30 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed, as digital content cannot be returned once accessed.

Instructor-Guided Courses

Before Course Start: Full refund available if you withdraw before the official course start date.

First Week: Partial refund (75% of course fee) available if you withdraw within the first week after course start.

After First Week: No refunds available once the course is in progress, as instructor resources have been allocated.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

  • You violate Terms and Conditions
  • Your account is suspended for misconduct
  • You attempt to access course content after refund request
  • The request is fraudulent or abusive

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing course access, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve issues before considering refund requests based on technical difficulties.

Dissatisfaction with Content

While we strive for quality educational content, subjective dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee refunds outside the stated refund periods. We encourage reviewing course descriptions carefully before purchase.
